Experience was nice and easy. I knew what I wanted, but one of my items wasn't in stock. The associate provided me several similar options that were very close to the one I needed. I didn't end up going with his suggestions, mainly because I was on the fence in the first place on the piece, but I appreciated his services, he wasn't pushy at all about it.
