I purchased two rings that where put on hold the day before. They where waiting for me, I was thrilled! Customer service was excellent as usual. I am a huge Pandora fan and extremely happy with every piece I own.

I was shopping during the 40% off fall favorites promotion. The selection of sale merchandise was amazing, the Rockaway pandora store is always superior compared to other locations I have visited. All of the items I were looking for were in stock and the sales associate was very helpful.

This particular visitnthe sales associate Devin was very helpful but more importantly highly knowledgeable and descriptive in what I was looking for/at. I usually go to this store and they sell you whatever your looking at, they ring you up, put it in the bag and send you on your way! His level of care along with explanations for things I didn't even think to ask was well above and beyond my expectations!!! Well deserved praise for devin!

When I enter my Pandora store I am greeted immediately and am offered help. I get answers to questions about merchandise and designs without feeling like my questions are a bother. The store is staffed so there is rarely a wait.
