Cassandra was so helpful and kind. I lost two charms when my bracelet’s clasp opened and two of my charms fell into a pond. Cassandra helped me by replacing my bracelet and I was able to purchase one of the charms I lost. All the employees at the store at the Rockaway Mall were so helpful but Cassandra was exceptional.

Because pandora sets up accounts for their customers, theres a record of previous purchases. I did not have the original receipt for an item i needed replaced. However, the receipt was easily located under my husbands name.

My bracelet and charms are shining from a very thorough cleaning! It was suggested I purchase a chain guard for my bracelet which I did and I love it.
