Not happy that there were not any workers to replace the workers that went out on break especially during this time of year.

Girl at door made all customers that were picking up online orders wait on line with rest customers. Finally after awhile she started to take pick ups at door but took people walking up first instead of pulling from the line first. I drive 30 min to shop here & we will always shop here because we do love Katie's customer service and she is great with people. The other girls are good too.

Very busy because of Black Friday. Not enough salespeople at store. Clerk was not very friendly.

The lady that helped me was very nice and helpfull (the one that had curls and helped me buy the heart charm). But when i returned a few minutes later another lady “helped me” , and she was very mean. She didnt want to help me at all. She said that the things i was looking for , they didn’t exist. Even though the first lady showed me they did.

There seemed to be a lot of people behind the counter and no other shoppers but I had to ask for help after standing there for a few minutes. The associate that helped me had a problem with the credit card POS. I had to show her how to reset it. She could not find where charms were and apologized saying she was new. I told her that it wasn’t her fault and I blamed the other associates that bopped from the back room to counter without assisting her when they saw she was struggling. That’s a corporate culture mindset…if I had to struggle, so should the next person. This is not how your associates should be treated.
