Advertised free bangle with purchase of $150 of more was out of stock. Thus seems to be a recurring theme with Pandora: To have promotions and advertise certain sales without enough overhead product to meet demand. Although a similar product was offered, it was not what I had originally desired.

The sales associate at the front door was friendly and the associate who helped me with my purchase was friendly, knowledgable and truley enjoyable to work with.

I went to 2 Pandora store in the same day. I am basing this survey on the Rockaway store. I dont like the new boxes & I brought 7 items & the store didn't have a shopping bag to put them all on so I had to carry 7 bags through the mall or make a trip back to the car

Several of the charms were hard to identify. The overall look was pretty, but I could not tell what it was. Also, the charms were all over the store... so I had to search. Then there were some I liked but only came with one color choice of stone.

The store was fine, the ladies great! The anniversary bracelet and charm I came into the store were not to my liking, beautiful but not what I expected! So I purchased something else instead.

I had made a purchase online and had to exchange one of the charms because the person it was for already had. I was told I could only exchange with no refund so I ended up spending more than I planned to. After I made purchase I questioned and I was then told I could have gotten a refund since I made the purchase.

I had a repair To a bracelet that was given to me as a gift. One of the little balls came of of the dangly strands. The associate role Me they could not replace it nor could they send it in to be repaired nor could they give me a discount on a new bracelet- seems like a bad Policy. Of my bracelet is broken and I’m afraid to put charms on it - Why would I continue to buy charms?
