Satisfied as first time buyer.

I would say I was satisfied with my visit and my purchase.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because; I had to wait very long in line, and I felt rushed at my closest store. No major problems though! But overall I love everything about Pandora Jewlery and will be returning many times over because how beautiful everything is and I’m obsessed. The customer service was wonderful, and very friendly on the phone when I wanted to hold a piece jewelry.

Had to wait in line to enter the store. Not really Pandora’s fault , more the Mall’s pandemic restrictions, but very annoying nonetheless

The return of wasn’t exactly the amount of the original purchase and I don’t understand why. They were nice to me but, I would like the full amount of the previous purchase back.

When I had first come into Pandora a few weeks before Christmas, I had wanted to buy rings for my two friends and myself. I did not know my ring size or theirs, but I had bought a ring from Pandora before and wore it to the store with me. The girl who helped me purchase the rings did not use any measuring device however, she simply picked up my ring and gave it a glance and told me it was a 6. I took her word for it and purchased my next ring in a size 6 as well, but this ended up being too small because in actuality my other ring was a 6.5, but the girl did not take the time to find this out. Overall, having to do this exchange was extremely unnecessary and kind of made my shopping experience at Pandora a bit worse.

Items not being in stock. Not having a large selection. Granted it was just after Christmas but I was looking for ordinary things.

Had to wait on line outside store for almost an hour. Meanwhile you could see customers in store wanting to see everything, but left buying nothing. Need a better way of handleing buyers from tire kickers.

Had to wait on a long line outside of the store. I knew what I wanted. Waited on line for over 20 minute but my the shopping part was 5 minutes. I almost left before purchasing.
