When I first walked it there were 3 associates.. no one said hello. I was the only consumer I’m thr store at that time . After 2 minutes I was asked what brings me in today

I thought that my overall visit to PANDORA was amazing. The woman who helped me was very kind and knew what he was doing. The only thing that in my opinion was unfair/ what id dint appreciate was how expensive some of the items can be. I had gone into PANDORA wanting to buy a ring and the prices were a bit to ugh for my liking. I got a ring for 75 dollars in my opinion that is a little high for a simple ring.

My shopping experience was fine. Salesgirl was very helpful. I applied and got a charge card but only got 10%off my purchase. If the percentage off has been alittle more I might have spent more.

I was satisfied with my purchase overall. The piece of jewelry was very nice and felt like good quality. I was not highly satisfied because no one did anything above and beyond to make it a highly satisfying experience, but regardless it was a satisfying experience none the less.

I waited for a sales associate for at least five minutes to even look up and help me she was just standing behind the counter moving stuff around I came in knew exactly what I wanted I should’ve been an easy sale. I wanted to get a bracelet the same size as my other bracelet told the woman my size she thought it looked like a different size asked me to take my bracelet off so she could measure it and she proceeded to drop it and all the charms came flying off on the ground and one is now dented they didn’t do anything to make up for what they had done I’m very disappointed I spend lots of money at pandora.

The charm purchased fell off twice almost losing it the second time. Causing us to return the gift. Also the bracelet bent and it’s been worn only 3 times.
