I was exchanging a ring I had received as a gift and the center stone of the ring had fallen out. I went to store initially in June to place my request for an exchange. Since they did not have the product in store I was told I had to wait until they received a shipment containing the item I was seeking to replace. i was told they could not simply order the item I was seeking to replace. We first went to the store on June 13th and I did not end up receiving the replacement until August. Other than the delay of receiving my replacement I was fully satisfied with the process and the location.

It took longer than I expected. Sales attendants were too solicitous, sometimes that's OK. I had other shopping to do.

I am highly satisfied. I love the charms. The charms may be a bit pricy. I like the incentive to complete the survey to get $10 off. I think pandora should do a points system that networks in all money people spend on charms; with an accumulation of maybe 500 points, people should be given maybe a $20 dollar certificate to use anytime in the store or online.
