I feel the items are a bit expensive

The sales associates were not very friendly.

It was the two days before Christmas. Very crowded in a small store. I have been in pandora many times and this didn't bother me but I'm not going to put highly satisfied when it was crowded and hot in a small solace. Like i said i know what to expect and it didn't bother me at all. Got what i wanted pretty quickly and got out of there

I very happy With the service in Pandora Store, but no the online website.

There is always room for improvement

The first sales associate did not know the correct terms of a sale, so when my items needed returning I had a I was told I could not return them. The manager ending up helping me the next day.

didn't realize the prices were SO high

I was extremely pleased that the pandora staff went out of their way to scour hoghand low for last years snowflake ring. They had A few left, but none in the size which i wanted. They checked every single display and back room to help me find it and they did! I’m so pleased with the ring. I’ve already shared it all over Instagram because it surpasses my expectations of it :)

The store was very busy and we had to wait a while to get taken care of. The associate who helped us was very kind and very knowledgeable. He helped us with everything we needed. The only reason I wouldn't return to the store in the next 90 days is because I'm not sure if I would need another piece that soon.
