I came into the store to purchase a letter charm I saw online. I wanted an "M", I was given a charm that I was pretty sure was a "W", but salesperson assured me it was an "M". When I returned home and looked at the charm again online, it was most definitely a "W". Had to return the next day to exchange it, which was done quite easily with a friendly staff member.

Waited in a LONG line about 45 mins with my 2 sons to pick out a charm for their moms bracelet fro Christmas. Only 2 sales people working 2 days before Christmas!

The sales person had little knowledge of your product. I have a very tiny wrist and asked about sizing she could not answer. I asked about a specific charm could not answer. She did not show enthusiasm for her job or friendliness which is the pandora way. The store was understaffed. People were waiting and walked out.

I went in because of a stone falling out ofba ring I purchased. I was first greeted with the store closes at 6pm instead of a hello or how can I help you. Then when I explained the situation I was told well you must have purchased the ring within 12 months in order for us to replace it. Inexplained that I did purchase it within the past year, I just don't remember the date. The devices to check my account took forever to load like the were already shut down for the night. Once she finally looked up my account and saw that the ring was purchased the year in April, she provided a replacement but told me I had to pay the difference. At this point I was going to leave until another associate helped her with the price match.

The store did not open until 10:30am, didn’t have enough staff. Sales associates seemed overwhelmed then system went down for purchases

First I am satisfied with the product. However the return policy I am not. I am holiday shopping early due to the shortage of so many things these days. I was told that the merchandise I purchased only had a 30day return policy. I am gifting items hoping they will be kept but if someone needs a smaller or bigger size they can’t exchange it. In today’s climate I think Pandora should look into there return or exchange policy. My options are wait until After Nov. 25 to purchase items and run the risk of an item being out of stock or buy now and my gift recipients can’t return or exchange their gifts or not buy anything at all. To be honest- I purchased several items already but I am going to have to rethink making more purchases now. It’s a shame…I wanted to get my shopping done early and be able to give Pandora the business but I am just not sure now. Will see. Lisa

I understand that we are in a time of pandemic and we need to keep our social distance and face coverings to protect ourselves and those around us. I also understand their are maximum capacity limits now Inside stores to also keep us safe however a 45 minute wait outside the store with absolutely no communication to myself or any of the 20 people waiting outside on line to get into the store is unacceptable. I work retail as well in the same mall and this is the day before thanksgiving as well as BLACK FRIDAY promotion so there should have been a line lead, someone outside directing the line offering assistance something. When I finally got Into the store there was little sense of urgency from either of the 3 associates inside. Yes I did make a purchase I felt I had to in order to make up for the time spent waiting outside but having to take a ring from a case that looked like others may have tried on was not ok. I also didn’t really have time to look at my purchase and when I got home one of the two rings I purchase was all scratched which I was in fear of when I asked the girl “I am getting the display” she said yeah. I am so not happy and wish I would have known prior.

1)Pandora card cannot be used online, not even for merchandise that is not in the store. 2) Stores don't transfer from store to store. In this time of a pandemic you should be discouraging your customers from excess traveling, not putting them in harms way by making them travel to pick up an item that is out of stock at one store but could easily be transferred to another. 3) customer service takes 3 months to respond to emails. For a company that so called loves their customers, your actions say differently. You don't love the customers, you just love their money.
