Checkout once product selected was long. Should have been faster. Was only customer in store but still took too long

Waiting time was extremely long and there were no greetings.

Could it be maybe that there was no sign in sheet

The salesperson was very helpful with the product, but the computers were too slow in processing the sale. She apologized 3 times because it was taking so long to process. Also, I just find the product to be high in price. I would like to have bought more than one charm, but couldn't.

Had a coupon with no expiration date. For a bangle bracelet while supplies last. They had them in the store I was spending the amount needed and they would not honor it because an ornament was the special. If there is no expiration and it says while supplies last and they had some it should have been honored!!! Very dissatisfied!!!

I HAVE SHOPPED PANDORA FOR YEARS. i AM ALWAYS ABLE TO VIEW TRAYS, IN CASE OUR OUT. GIRL ONLY WOULD SHOW 1-OR 2 AND SHE PICKED THEM FROM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IN TRAYS HIDDEN IN CABNET. HAD FREE BRACELETS BUT ONLY SMALL IN STORE!!

The person who was helping us was not very happy and at some point I felt discriminated for being Hispanic they were not patient at all we did take time to decide cause we had to send pictures and wait for my cousin to decide which ring she wanted and they were rushing us

Problem not so much with the actual physical location, but with the corporate process of handling online orders....I had the same problem at multiple locations.

I have to wait to much in line even if I knew what I want

The Aladdin 3 piece charms had a set price of $150 that was clearly marked inside the glass that I can clearly see and then when it was rung up, it was over $180. The associate who help me didn't honor the sale price.
