Stood in line for over an hour to get into the store. When we got in most of what we wanted was out of stock. Didn't accept Pandora club coupon in-store. The free bangle was out of stock except for the smallest size.

Prior to this I visited the store on several occasions with long lines so I can back at this time. Bracelet was broken through no fault of mine but since it had been over a year there was “nothing they could do”. Yes they could have offered me a discount on a new bracelet.

Waited on line outside the store for over 45 mins only to finally get inside the store to a sales agent that was very much not wanting to help. Sales agent was not friendly or nice in anyway. She appeared annoyed by having to help a customer. I specifically described the piece I was looking for, Agent did not acknowledge just started looking for things not even close to my description. I asked to see the small hoop style earrings, she pointed me to a display of studs and said nothing. I explained I wanted to see what they had in a hoop style she again proceeded to point to stud. Needless to say I went into the store to purchase 6 gifts and only left with 1 due to the terrible customer service. Sales agent should at least be friendly & willing to assist.

I had purchased several items and the were nicely put into individual bags for gifts. I asked for one large bag at the end and the sales girl asked the manager who said no, that they were only for people who purchased a jewelry box. It was just a bag.

I rec'd a bracelet for xmas which was suppose to be a medium however it was a large. Explained to sales rep. Her reply was probably was given a large because they didn't have medium. She couldn't find sale when I told her purchase was made on blackFri she said they had computer issues so had no record of the purchase. The store did not have my bracelet in med I asked if it could be ordered she said no. She told me I could go to Hackesack store.iasked if item could be shipped to Rockaway she said no Because of the deadline to exchange xmas gifts I was forced to pick another item The sales associate was very unfriendly.

Your web site says this store opens at 7am but it was wrong store opens at 8am. The web site states that the charms I was looking for were in stock; THEY WERE NOT. Big waste of time.

We purchased a ring and have had to bring it back three times now because the stone keeps falling out. I now have the third one and the stone is out again. I am quite disappointed with the quality of the ring. I do shower or sleep with the ring and take very good care of my jewelry. It is happening every couple days.

I felt because I was returning something, I suddenly became a problem. Evrytime I asked about a certain type of charm, she would choose one at a time from a drawer, she wouldn't let me look at the choices. I even asked if I could see the choices and she would tell me to look at the catalog. I felt like she didn't trust me or something. She didn't communicate well at all. She wasn't friendly and because she wouldn't talk I didn't know what was going on. Then I had to go to two different registers before I was checked out and then had to the transaction twice. I felt like there was some sort of behind the scene non verbal communication going on with she and her manager. This girl never smiled. maybe I was her first return, I don't know, all I know as I'm walking out I asked myself "I wonder were there is another Pandora store, because I will NEVER go back to this one." Even one of the customers pushed me out of her way and the store wasn't even busy.

The sales people were dismissive, not friendly and seemed annoyed they had to help me purchase and item.
