The two girls working didn't know anything about the charms, they told me The chameleon did not change colors. I asked for specific charms they told me they were totally sold out when in fact they were not. I went back the next day after I placed an online order and the items that they didn't look for were truly in stock.

There were only 2 employees working on the day before xmas eve. 2...THE LINE WAS 25 PEOPLE LONG, I SAT THERE FOR 2 HOURS PLUS IN LINE. Horrible. Hire some people, pay them properly I that's the issue, what ever you need to do to run an effective business. People shouldn't have to endure that during Holiday's or anytime.

They had a glitch in the system and it removed me from being in line. They told me an hour wait and it ended up being two. I needed to do a simple exchange that took 5 minutes

The person who helped us was not helpful and annoyed when asked mutiple questions and requests to see different charms:m. She was passive aggressive in fact I will not return to this location and went to Willowbrook today and had a ten out of ten experience there.

sales associate was rude and felt very rushed. i’ve spent thousands of dollars at this pandora and most of the sales associates know who i am so it was disappointing to feel rushed and to be rude too.

Associate was not friendly at all associate was mad at the fact that I had a return and then I made a big purchase associate refused to exchange one of the free bracelets that was broken because “it was given to me for free” another very nasty associate was hovering over my sales associate

I went in there to get my wife a valentines charms and I explained to the worker my wife had the thick bracelet even showed her she assured me the charms were right and would fit. They were the wrong charms and of course do not fit. I am very upset with her knowledge on charms ruined my present

Every time I go into the Pandora Store in Rockaway the workers are not friendly kept giving us the wrong ring size. And tried to do a return/exchange and I paid with my card but for some reason they would not put it back on my card and gave me a gift card?? Every time I go in there is a problem and I never leave happy. Wish there was a Pandora store somewhere else closer to me. Will NOT be going back for a long time.

I went in this Pandora on a Thursday night, December 19th for a Christmas gift for my mom. I showed the associate what my mom wanted. I provided a picture and all. The associate brought me the wrong thing and I called on a Friday night to see if they could hold what I wanted as they messed up and they gave me a hard time. I am very dissatisfied. I did not even receive an apology.

I was looking for a particular item, which I called about. The salesperson, Devin, was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and located what I was looking for. He put it aside, and greated me when I arrived. It was a pleasurable experience.
