The selection was fantastic. Our sales associate was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store was beautifully setup and extremely clean.

My charm was missing a gem/stone. I brought it in without a receipt & the associate was able to make the exchange with looking up my phone number. The associate also had my bracelet cleaned which was wonderful.
