Sales woman was kind and knowledgeable. She showed me options that I wouldn’t have seen had I shopped online. I got to see the bracelet put together. However, I have an older bracelet and I prefer the older lobster clasps vs. these new click clasps

The store is bright and clean. The staff did an excellent job in making sure that there were not to many guest in the store at one time. The sale of buy 2 charms get one free is a great promotion especially in these days when not many people are employed like myself but wanted to get a few gifts for some special people in my life.
