My sister and I went to get bracelets and charms and were both helped by Sophia. She was great in helping us choose the right size bracelets and charms. She was patient and kind even when I was indecisive about a charm I wanted and decided to purchase it after my transaction was already complete. The store was so clean and well organized.

Jennifer was excellent. I sent my husband to gather some charms for my bracelet and she was understanding of what I wanted. I am unable to come to the store so it was great she helped me over the phone.
