I loved being able to change the ring that I had bought in another store. Everything was easy for me. When I went to the store everything was ready. I felt welcomed and above all I loved how Kristina helped me. I loved her positive and professional attitude. She took the time to explain everything to me and recommended other things that I want to buy in the future. I will definitely be back soon and will recommend my friends to go to the store.

Always good customer service

My visit to the Paramus store in the Paramus Park mall, was outstanding. I felt safe and secure. Samantha W, took care of me and she was awesome. She did not rush me, she offered great suggestions and was very helpful overall. I shop, gift and wear a lot of Pandora, and I go to different stores, however, I have to say the I love going to this particular store, due to the great service.

The sales person was excellent. She was patient and very knowledgeable. We felt like we were the only ones in the store even though there were other people there.
