The sales associate Samantha was fantastic! I cant say enough about her! She was super friendly and very helpful. She spent alot of time with us making suggestions and ensuring we were happy with our choices. She also told us about the discounts that were available to us at purchase.

I originally placed an order online for pick up at the Paramus Park location. When I did not receive anything about my order, I called the store and spoke to the manager, Jennifer. She was unable to see my order in the computer but promised to watch for it and let me know by the end of the day if she saw it. She called me at 6 pm to say it was not showing on her end. She recommended I call Customer Service to find out the status the following morning. I did and they said it was partially filled but not totally. That made no sense to me so I cancelled it. I called Jennifer who was kind enough to hold a couple of the limited items I was interested in. I went to the store and she was more than helpful, very pleasant and knew the merchandise well. It was a VERY pleasant experience. My husband was with me and he commented on how helpful and nice she was.

Samantha was super knowledgeable about the products and went above and beyond helping me get exactly what I was looking for. She really has a great eye on spotting what fits and what doesn’t. She is absolutely an asset to this company. So much that this location will be my goto for any Pandora. I live 40 minutes away and there is one by my residence at 10 mins. It’s worth the drive!!!

I love this location, super clean, they always have fresh flowers. The staff are very well dressed. Friendly and professional.

Great customer service!

I called the store prior my visit and asked for the availability of the items I wanted to buy and got the answer right away and the sales people were holding for me the items and waiting for me to arrive even it was almost the closing of the store. When I got to the store the sales people were very friendly, the items I wanted to buy were already at the register. All the items they did pack very carefully inside the boxes. Also they suggested me to buy the matching earrings that I did buy. I was very happy with my purchase as a birthday gift to my granddaughter. Will come again to this store soon!

Nice staff

Always have lots of quantities of charms. The associates are very professional. The store is always neat.
