The moment I walked into Pandora In the Paramus Park mall, I was greeted by two lovely woman and they were beyond AMAZING. They were both super helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I actually trusted them. Samantha; the store manager was FABULOUS. She treated me and my sister like princesses and I didn't rush us with anything. I had a horrible experience at another Pandora location (Shops At Riverside in Hackensack)The damaged my jewelry and basically told me to just purchase new ones. However, the Paramus location both made me feel so much better with my experience. I can definitely count on them for my future jewelry purchases!

I was highly satisfied because the store associate was really nice and very helpful as well as patient. I will return to that pandora probably again this week.

Friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and caring! Easy to maneuver around the store! Good selection of items! Very convenient location to get to! This is my go to pandora store. I love it!

The sales assistant manager and manager are wonderful people. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable with all merchandise. This is my fourth time coming to this location and I am always happy leaving this store. They make me feel very happy with my purchase!

The associate was friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. The jewelry is gorgeous and gives you good value for your dollar There is something for everyone in that store
