This store has friendly, knowledgeable staff. It is well stocked and displays show off the merchandise beautifully. Every time I go to this store it is clean and well organized.

I walked in to buy a small charm. Jennifer was so nice I end up building new bracelet for my mom. She explained the important of clips and I bought 2 clips to.

Everyone were super nice and friendly! Store looked great. In this particular location you can always see fresh flowers in the store. The staff always look happy. It’s great to shop over here.

Sales associates were amazing! Even talk to me about a new charm coming out in July so excited to go back and purchase it! Also explained the importance of the clips to stop our charms from Moving.. Also cleaned our bracelets while we shop in the store. my overall experience were perfect!
