The sales lady samatha white was Sonos lovely to me. Even though the store was a bit busy, she assured she would be with me momentarily. So as she was available she thanked me for being patient. Right away she saw I like butterflies. But she didn’t have any but I did end up getting two charms an I love it. She is a great person I will always go back to her.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Jennifer H & Samantha White. I lost my husband in August and I was looking for a meaningful charm for my daughters bracelet. Jennifer showed the other associate the you are my rock charm after hearing my needs. This charm was the perfect charm because that has special meaning for my daughter and I with my late husband. I placed an order for it a few months ago and was patiently waiting. Jennifer drove all the way to another location to purchase the charm so that I could gift it to my daughter. They were so kind and sweet giving me updates along the way. This is true customer service - Jennifer and Samantha truly deserve the highest recognition for going out of their way for me.
