My sales associate, Samantha greeted me as soon as I entered the door and asked how to help. I explained I was looking for a specific gold ring. When I realized I didn't like the ring in person as much as I thought I would Samantha presented me with many other options. She helped me figure out my ring size and was extremely patient with me. The ring I ended up buying was a beautiful piece she had recommended to me. I usually don't write these types of reviews but I was pleasantly surprised and had a lovely shopping experience with Samantha in the Paramus Park Mall, Paramus, NJ.

I lost my mom 3 months ago and as the only daughter inherited the Pandora bracelets I had given to her as a Mother's Day present in 2017. They did not fit me properly and I started by contacting my closest Pandora in Paramus Park Mall. From the very beginning the staff was professional, kind and efficient. The person who answered the phone Christine under the direction of Sam the manager took care of all my needs, even went beyond by polishing each charm so that when I left the store 30 min later I was wearing the bracelets, proferly fitted and shining new. I can't thank you enough, I will forever be your loyal customer.

I came in for a cleaning and Gabby and jenn were so kind and helpful to get my bracelet looking like new. I bought a care kit because they definitely sold me on that. Such sweet girls and a nice store. Thank you so much Jenn & Gabby!
