The staff was very welcoming. The new associate in training was very polite and picked up very quickly on how to yse the system durring my check out. Very pleasant experience.

I was highly satisfied because Kristina C was extremely friendly she did rush me or force me into anything she also showed me the sale option and the deals of the day she gave me some suggestions that I really enjoyed. She also complimented my shirt and got really involved in helping me pick the perfect pandora ring. She had a lot of knowledge about the rings and the different designs and types. I walked away with the ring I really wanted with no regrets which is hard for me at certain stores.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kristina C. and ask if I needed help and also mentioned the sale that was going on. She was very informative when I has questions on which charms qualified for the sale. She was also very enthusiastic.
