Excellent, knowledgeable sales associate. Merchandise was what we were looking for. Location of store was convenient.

I went in to look at the new collection of charms. I am amazed to always find such creative items. The new garden collection is wonderful. Also the new items added to the reflection collection were great.

The sales person Samantha W No 149577 was very helpful show me the items that will look nice with my bracelet organized it and offer to clean them for me took time talking with out rushing me I left very happy 😊 she show me the sale that was going on and I was able to buy 5 items. I loved Pandora Bracelets 💖

The General Manager Samantha was so very helpful. We were getting a gift for a sweet sixteen gift my 15 yr old grandson was buying his girlfriend and she worked so great with them. I had a problem with a bracelet and she gave me advice what to do. She was so friendly and helpful I would buy more pandora at this store.

It was my first time shopping at Pandora and the whole experience was amazing

I started my Pandora bracelet in 2012. I had filled it up and it was heavy, so I came in to buy a second bracelet and split up the charms and to have it cleaned. First I met Meghry and Mary Ellen (I hope I have her name right). When I came back to pick it up, I met Samantha and Nicole, too. I wound up buying two new charms, two spacers, the new bracelet, a storage and cleaning kit. All four women went above and beyond. I wound up having a fabulous experience and all of these associates should be commended for being exceptional.

Samantha the general manager was very pleasant and understanding of my issue with my tarnished earrings. She allowed me to exchange them for a new pair of earrings that hopefully won’t give me the same issue and even gave me a store credit for the balance. Definitely will return to utilize it when I have more time to shop!

Samantha W. NO. 149577 - Was amazing. I was there accompanying my cousin who was exchanging something. Samantha took her time with my cousin and assisted us in picking out the new item. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. She honestly got me excited to the point that I made a purchase myself.

First off I was greeted with the most biggest smile from Jennifer H (No. 173350) who was very welcoming. The store had several customers but was helped simultaneously. Store was very clean and the management and staff work well together.
