I came in to do an exchange on a charm and also to purchase two bracelets. The associates were very cooperative finding an exchange charm for me. The bracelet purchase was also a good experience. The associate tried on the bracelet for sizing. The associate also made suggestions when it was discovered a particular bracelet was not in stock in the size I needed.
