Before this visit to Black Friday Sale, Erny and the crew have been very professional with me and I noticed with all the customers. I lost my rose gold bracelet back in September, I explained to them the scenario, and all of them had empathy for me, good thing that I had a list of what was purchased to replace. I came in every two weeks until I met the mark of replacing all my charms. I waited until Black Friday Sale to purchase my bracelet and the same professionalism was given to everyone in the store.
