Whenever I come to purchase a charm, ring, etc. at Pandora, I always leave happy, excited to talk about my new piece of jewelry. Though the expense for the jewelry is high, the quality and material used to create them is also high. Pandora will be a big part of the years to come in my life.

The associate was helpful knowledgeable and went out of her way to assist me.

I went to the store because I realized I was missing a charm from a prior visit. The sales associate performed his due diligence and confirmed I indeed came to the store with the charm and it was not on the braclet. I did not realize the end piece was missing until at least 2 weeks after the visit, so I was very pleased that it was provided without charge.

The sales person called Shirley is so nice, responsible and patient. She helped me finding all I want. I have a very pleasant shopping experiences with her. Thanks.

My sales associate was very helpful in assisting me with a gift purchase. It was a difficult decision since there were so many choices and I wanted to stay within my budgeted amount. I not only purchased a gift but I also bought a bracelet for myself and have started my own collection. I will definitely return to this location to add more beads.
