Hector, the GM, is the reason why I shop at this location. His level of professionalism, respect, knowledge, engaging, courtesy and patience is extraordinary. I have been a customer for years and was disappointed to learn that he moved to another location. After his departure, the quality of service diminished. Now that he's back and at a convenient location, I'll be sure to shop at this location more often. Hector makes the difference and is a leader in the field of customer service.

I was highly satisfied because I was able to pick out the charms I was looking for. The store had a great Disney collection available. The employees were very nice and patient.

The bracelet I wanted was not available in the right size. The associate wAs eager to assist and checked the size of the bracelet in the display cabinet. It was the correct size. I appreciated her taking the extra step to assist. She was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I really don’t have a comment. The sales person was very professional. She did offer me the best deal.

Love going to Paramus Park store. Hector is always there to offer his help. Even knows customer by name. His store is clean and friendly. The staff is also wonderful, love to shop with this team.

The second tote is always set up beautifully. You displays merchandise in interesting ways, giving me ideas. The sales people are very knowledgeable and willing to help and make suggestions. They know what I’m looking for when I try to describe the item.
