I was looking for a birthday gift for my mom but didn't know exactly what I wanted. The Sales Associate was very patient and took the time to look for specific merchandise for me, as well as, changing the configuration of charms multiple times so I could make my choice!

Hector was great; he attempted to find the item I was looking for but it was not in stock in the store. Although the store did not have what I wanted, I purchased something else. Only two sales person were working and it was the day before Valentine's Day....a bit odd as there was a line and sign in sheet.
