Great attention from the staff

As always a pleasant experience at this store! Samantha W is a gem of an employee, taking the time to assist me and politely assisting entering customers to sign in, etc. Having recently lost my favorite bracelet, I have several, I was in to purchase safety chains. Samantha was patient and kind. She was certain to thoroughly explain the current sale and the benefits of completing the customer service survey on line. I hope the manager of this store is aware of Samatha's positive impact on this location. This is my store of choice and I will continue he to recommend this location!

They help me right away and told me the deals that I was looking for. The lady is so helpful. I love my bracelet and charms .

For starters! Every single rep greeted every single customer as we walked in, while they were helping other customers, that speaks volumes, in other words they all were inviting. All though their was a very short wait, it wasn't a problem at all. My associate ended up being Samantha W. She was very helpful, & attentive. She made me feel as if I were the only customer in the store. I will definitely be a returning customer, and refer all my friends & family to this location. Thanks for hiring staff that make their customers feel so important & special
