The wait at the store was very short. The salesperson showed be a variety of items that I was interested in. She helped make the experience pleasant. I was satisfied with my purchase.

Sales Associate Frank R. was patient, kind and very accommodating to my daughters & I. He showed all three of us rings and went out of his way to find everything we were looking for. Frank is definitely an asset to the Pandora store at Paramus Park Mall.

Frank was very nice and patient while I was deciding what charms to pick. Frank has a good eye and was someone I enjoyed bouncing ideas and thoughts off of.

The associate was very friendly. She was able to help me pretty quickly and efficiently. I def will return back to this store time and time again as they are all efficient and with great customer service behaviors.
