Went in to buy 2 new charms for my new Pandora bracelet. Sales associate helped me to pick out the ones that meant the most to me. She was very helpful as this was my first visit to a Pandora store since I received my bracelet as a gift recently. I was very satisfied with the help I received

The Pandora store in the Paramus Park Mall is my absolute favorite Pandora location. The sales associates are friendly and know me by name, the store is never overly crowded because the SA's handle everyone's shopping experiences so well--it's my go-to Pandora shop.

Because the saleswoman saw that my bracelet was damage. She also told me to come in early in the morning next time I come in to get my bracelet and charms clean. She even show me some of the new charms coming in so my husband can see what I wanted for Christmas.

The sales associate was very friendly. She was very helpful in assisting me when picking out rings. I was very pleased with my visit to pandora today.
