The representative was very informative. Knew his products well and his suggestions made sense. He suggested I get a (forget what it's called) specific charm to stop from Other charms falling off the bracelet. Also he suggestion the outlets for retired charms I was interested in.

The Paramus Park store is our go-to...they are the best! Love Pandora!!!!

The store was very busy. The selection was limited. I love the merchandise, I would have ordered on line like I did the first time but not sure if I was going to get it on time, the associate at the store was very helpful.

I was highly satisfied at the Paramus Park Mall location. The Garden State Plaza location not so much. The wait time in line outside the store was annoying.

The last time I was there the associate was more helpful

a lot of the charms are out of stock and or not available in that location.

Store need to have more collections of charms.
