Very beige people and helpful with my needs

The store selection wasn't the greatest it wasn't the sales associates faults they helped me out with all the questions I had. I was hoping for a better assortment of chain sizes for necklaces.

Staff member had to ask another employee if I could exchange an item. She questioned how I got access to the sale prior to other people.

I knew the quality of Pandora and my expectations based on the few customers at the time were okay. I’ve been in this store before and had to leave because no one paid attention. This salesperson was super helpful and was eager to help.

We are having difficulty with the bracelet we purchased and cannot fasten the clasp. Will be returning to the store to fix problem.

The promotional free bangle when you spend $150 wasn’t available in my size, Therefore I had to purchase my bangle. When I spent $367 I received to free bangles that I cannot fit and, there was no compensation like charms that equals the value of the bangle. The sales associate was amazing, this location is very far from my home which is why I probably wouldn’t go back to that location.
