Pandora Jewelry

I asked for a particular item to be place on hold but the person that put the particular item on hold was not the correct even though i referred to the item by it name and provided a description.

I didn’t require much assistance. I went into the store knowing what I wanted, I just had to wait for associate to find.

The line was a little long outside the store and the store didn’t have one of the two items that I was looking for.

I was very pleased with my visit. Due to pandemic I would say the only reason for not promptly returning as quickly as I would like is because of the cost of the jewelry. It’s beautiful I’m just unable to afford to treat myself or a family/friend as frequent as I’d like.

The charm I received did not look new. It had smudges and looked like it had been used. Other than that my experience was fine.

I like the selection and the stuff

I returned a brand new tear drop ring because it was too small. I really did t want to wait for another to come in the mail because we paid for 2 day shipping already. The ring I got in exchange for he bigger ring looks very used and has scratches. I’m surprised they even excepted this to be re sold.

I would like the employees to smile and greet us in the front of the store. They were friendly. I would rather the employee be at the front when you enter.

It was crazy busy (Black Friday) and the store could have used a couple of more salespeople
