I was hoping to use a visa gift card for part of my purchase. However, the associate was unable to find the amount online and therefore told me I could not use it.

I came in to pick up a special order. I received a phone call that said it was ready for pick up. I went to store and did not remember to bring my receipt with me for the special order. One of the ladies helping me seemed a little annoyed that I did not have my receipt, but another lady stepped right in and assisted and was terrific.

The sales person did not inform me about upcoming Black Friday deals and I found out about it by overhearing another sales person telling other client about it.

When I first walked in the store, one of the sales associates ignored me while I stood at the counter waiting for help. Also-I was there to purchase a new clip since one of mine broke...no one offered a discount or any explanation as to why this would have happened-the bracelet is only two years old.

There wasn't anyone else in the store. I was the only customer. Salesman was very nice and knowledgeable.
