I believe that the store employees need to be more clear regarding the sales/promotions at the moment. I also believe that upon entering the store, all employees should greet the customers no matter the circumstance. I feel as though everything runs smoothly and the employees' have communication with each other and work well together.

Came with family to the store the representative I was with helped out, but when I asked, "If they would clean my bracelet he told me, "No!" They no longer clean bracelets. On the other hand, they cleaned my little sisters bracelet due to her seeing another representative. Not only that bothered me but it was the day of 25% off for Veterans. I wanted to add the purchase to my order for my little sister and the representative told her she was unable to do that. It was very upsetting to know that was not possible. That day we spent over $300 dollars to be treated in that matter. Unhappy.

I brought my bracelet and ring in for a cleaning. The bracelet was more tarnished after the 'cleaning' than when I brought it in. I spoke with Joshua and he polished the whole bracelet by hand. I really appreciated it and he did a better job cleaning it than the machine did.

I didn’t see many appealing charm cases. The cases looked boring , except of course with your new arrival case featuring new pieces

We had previously put these beads on hold earlier in the week and I returned to pick them up during the sale. While the woman who assisted us in selecting the beads was FANTASTIC, the woman who assisted me in in the purchase and pick up did not exemplify the same level of customer experience as the saleswoman on Tuesday. Not to mislead Adrianna was perfectly professional, just did not seem to care one way or the other about my customer experience.

The reason why I was not highly satisfied is because of pricing. I felt that because I wanted to buy multiple products there should have been a discount for doing so.
