I was not at all dissatisfied. I just felt this shopping experience was regular and normal. Nothing extraordinary happened, therefore, I was not highly satisfied, I was just completely satisfied.

The experience at this location was made great by my very knowledgeable and friendly sales associate Massiel. It was unfortunate that a few of the items I came to buy were unavailable but she still showed me other great choices. It's great to see people who still enjoy and care about their jobs.

the store was not crowded, sales associates were few for a black Friday. I checked to see who Is free and then choosed her.

Not because of the sales person but yes because of the crowd .

Not everything I was looking for was on sale

The technology being used to pay kept crashing and two different Ipads needed to be rebooted in order for the transaction to be completed. It took at least 10 minutes just to pay for the merchandise.

I did not like that there were not catalogs out to view unless piece i was looking for wasn't in top case, then they got out catalog so i can find item i wanted. Maybe if more items on display would be helpful but i understand this store is small. i liked the wall with display boxes.
