Hard to see items without assistance

Waiting time unacceptable.

The Pandora at Paramus park mall never has the charms that I’m looking for. This is the second time going there looking for a charm and they tell me they don’t have anymore. It’s super annoying!

Only 2 sales associates. Only 5 people in store and line outside. Max Capacity was 12

I waited about 4 to 5 minutes before I was helped and then it was after I asked. The associated was not friendly in the beginning. I thanked her for serving me, she never thanked me for making an over 200.00 dollars purchase.

The wait time was too long. Honestly, I had to wait about 20-30 minutes and was ready to leave and go to another location another day. Samantha was very apologetic and sincere. She was very helpful and patient with my review of your products so I can make my purchase. For a Saturday, I would have expected more assistants. Overall, still like your products but not apt to go on a Saturday.

Seems to take an awful long time to make a purchase

I did say I wasn't satisfied.

There were not enough sales associates available in the store to effectively manage the holiday traffic. I believe there were only 3 associates at 2pm in the afternoon- two weeks before Christmas.

The salesperson was not accommodating at all. Barely answered my questions and had a “ could not be bothered attitude”. I was the only client in the store during my entire visit and it felt as though it were an imposition when I asked a question. I had a $10.00 gift card for my birthday. I stopped at Swarovski’s, 2 doors down and the salesgirls were very accommodating!!! Next time I will go there !
