I am very upset that I spent over $400 but in 2 offer ent transactions and the sales person NEVER mentioned I could get a free bangle or bracelet for my purchase. I am very upset.

I came in to this store to see if I can get my bracelet fixed. I was told the manager is not there, and she would be in the next day. I asked if I can get the bracelet cleaned. As it’s being cleaned, I ask if the manager will be in the following week. The associate told me that the acting manager is in, and she is looking at my bracelet now. She failed to mention this from the beginning. The acting manager brings the bracelet out, leaves it out on the counter, and walks away, without saying a word to me. They couldn’t fix it. I was very annoyed at this point.

On 1/6 I bought essence charms from this pandora store. The sales lady was Kayleigh she was very helpful and pleasant. On 1/8 I went back to the store to ask if I can exchange one of the charms I bought because I already have it. And to buy some more charms. Kayleigh was in the store she was very helpful but she informed me she had to ask another sales person. The person she asked came back to me was rude, loud, obnoxious and condescending. Very poor customer service. Talking very loud telling me to keep what I have because she herself she has four kinds of each charms. It was humiliating the way she was talking. I just left the store.

Purchased a bracelet for $65 and charm for $40. If I had realized you need the spacers in order to keep the charms in place I would have bought the set. I called and they told me I have to return both the items for a a credit toward purchase of set. I was interested in paying the difference and they said no cannot do. The gift was for one of several granddaughters. If you want my business a smart move would be to let me pay the difference for the charm and set or I can just go to Jarred in the future. A happy customer is your best advertisement..

I will be returning the bracelet, i havent wear ir do to it won't close it was like that at the store and they stll sold it to me.

I did not like the sales associate. he did not make suggestions when out of piece requested. Did not offer to order requested charm. Had to ask for assistance to help remove bracelet to rearrange with a different charm. I had to ask several times to remove charm off pillow to view it in sequence of bracelet. He did not offer to clean bracelet. This was a graduation present and the graduate should have had a better experience as part of celebration.

Store wouldn’t return my online purchase past the return date. Even though I have purchased a lot of merchandise. Bracelet latch broken they said can’t do anything. Jewelry tarnishes all the time.

I love the jewelry. I knew exactly what charms I wanted. I needed to pick a bracelet. The sales associate seemed annoyed, was inattentive and was rushing through the sale.
