The sales manager went above and beyond to help me.

We purchased a set of earrings, necklace and ring we saw on a display for $245, but when we went to check out the total price was $255. The customer service associate Alyssa did not disclose the total price before we were rung up, and told us after the transaction that the total price was $255 without tax. When we requested to speak to a manager, the manager Samantha stated that she refused to change the price for us, even though she and Alyssa clearly saw the price on the display was $245. She did not resolve this issue, and was very rude throughout the transaction, and while we wanted to be helped, seemed rather irritated and too busy to help us. The management was poor at this establishment, and they did not resolve the problem.

I went to Pandora with my husband as he wanted to get me a charm for my bracelet for my birthday. Mary Ellen assisted us and from the beginning was very condescending and not at all pleasant to work with. We wanted a love charm and did not even take the tray out, as if we are shoplifters. I also wanted my bracelet cleaned. When she looked at it she commented my charm is broke, the palm tree and told me if isn't so old you could replace, called the young manager over who told me there was nothing she could do and didn't want to get in trouble with corporate. I work in retail, I think you would want to make a customer happy, why tell me its broke and sorry I cannot fix. So we purchase a charm, and when I return to pick up the bracelet, it still looks dirty. She said its so old it didn't clean well, and she didn't put the new charm on cause she didn't know where I wanted it. I have been to other stores and had it cleaned and new charms they have put them on and re arranged them for me too. It felt special. There was nothing special here. Lastly I was leaving with the charm and she asks do I want a bag, don't you give your customers bags? Very unprofessional and rude!!

My experience was good at first but then COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED I went in to buy a couple items. The sales associate was super friendly! She told me that I qualified for a promotion with a purchase of 100 I can pick a ring for 65 as I picked a ring $10 greater than the promotion I was ok with paying the difference. As I as getting charged she by accident under charged me the 10 difference I was supposed to pay. I told her if she wanted to re do the transaction I was ok with it but she wanted to call over someone to ask what to do as the lady Came she was like if you already under charged her it’s fine just leave it. Then as I was walking out the store another manager stops me and returns me to the register in a very condescending way! She made me do the return and re purchase like if it was my fault. And not a simple apologies was given the money wasn’t my issue is the way she got involved in a situation that wasn’t any of her business and something that already had been settle made me waste my time doubt I’ll ever come back to that location.

Samantha White was being very rude. Myself as a sales associate would have not handled the problem this way. I will NOT be going back.
