The associate was very helpful. I went to Bath and Body to ask for a plastic bag to hide my husbands Father’s Day gift I had purchased from Psycho Bunny in between my visit to Pandora. The Manager at Bath and Body was super rude to me and harassed me all the way out for asking for a bag. When I returned to Pandora, I was flushed red because of the way I was treated. The associate that was helping us at Pandora, I believe her name was Alana, overheard me telling my daughter. She was so sweet to offer me a Pandora bag to conceal the gift and prevent my husband from seeing it. I was so grateful for that because she could have just continued doing her job and pretending she hadn’t heard me. She was super polite throughout the entire visit. Her action of offering us the bag changed my whole mood. I don’t usually fill out surveys but an doing so today to recognize Alana.
