Before entering pandora we were at a Louis Vuitton store that just completely ruined our day because they judged our appearance and Susanna completely turned our day around. She was so polite and attentive. We definitely will be going back just for her, we thank Susanna so much for her amazing service.

I did not hace to wait to get help. The associate was helpful and very patient. I found one of the charms I wanted and she offered to check another store to see if they had the other one I wanted. Thank you for always being so patient and helping me find what I want.
