Susanna was so nice and attentive with me! We worked on two bracelets one for me and one for my mom! I loved her personality and how excited she was to help me build a bracelet that looked beautiful! I loved your attention in Houston The Galleria, really amazing! I trully need to report a terrible attention in your airport site, on terminal D, the customer’s attention from the lady inside the shop was hostile!! She neither know about “the Apple” from Disney, it seems like I was botering her! I felt very unconfortable! To be a place with an international exposure, you may attend it! Did it wrong.
