I brought circled items from Pandora book. Aaliyah, located every item. If it wasn’t in stock she offered a substitute or option to see if it would be delivered.

Angie was very helpful and patient. she knew where the stitch charm was located on display. I didnt know it was there and I have been there a few times trying to find it lol. I had a problem w my card and i felt embarrassed but she was smiling and was very patient and overall very kind. Thank you so much Angie!! 🙂

Associate recognized me when enter the store. Also was very knowledgeable and polite in helping me choose what I really needed . Also thanked me as I left the store satisfied.

The setup of the merchandise was very luring. My sales associate, Candace, was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of the stock. She also paid attention to detail in that her suggestions for new charms were in line with my taste.

Charletta was very very helpful. We were visiting from Austin and my husband just wanted me to have a charm for my bracelet. She in gagged with us, asked how our trip was and made us feel that she had sold me my bracelet even tho she was just selling the charm because I already had the bracelet. She was fun and even thanked us for waiting in line. It was a great experience. We will most definitely go back and buy with her at the Houston galleria.
