I had a terrible terrible experience by an online purchase. A supervisor left me hear all his conversation in his office. The other supervisor was kind but was able to get what I was calling for. Candice at pandora at the galleria was more than kind. She made sure I went out the store with a smile and no more. She definitely shows her role as a supervisor.

The employee was very nice and helpful. She was very patient. Pandora is the best place to come shop.

My visit to Pandora was lovely. The associate SiSi went above and beyond, with making my visit the smoothest. I went in looking for a particular pair of earrings, unfortunately they did not have any in stock but she went out of her way to look if they have them in other locations. SiSi also took down my information to give me a call as soon as they do stock up at her location.
