During this Covid crisis, selection was mainly done online. Called this location, and had great help from staff over the phone with suggestions and navigation thru inventory.

I was satisfied with my visit because Ricky G was very patient and friendly. It was my first time shopping at Pandora and he took his time to explain and show me everything I was interested in. He also explained the promo that was going on at the time where I received a free charm with my purchase!!

I was highly satisfied with this place because the workers were very nice and helpful. The stores were clean and made sure everyone was 6 feet apart. They answered all my questions about the items.

The sales associate assisting me was very knowledgeable with the products. She convinced to get another piece even though i just went to do an exchange. Great customer service.
