Walking into the store I had no idea what to expect but the lady who helped me really showed me well. She was very nice and acknowledged my son around and was super friendly with her. Had me patience because I didn’t know what to expect. Love my new necklace

A charm I received from my late grandmother broke and I didn’t have the receipt or a warranty. After I explained to an employee what happened and what the charm meant to me she replaced it for free and also gave me a free cleaning on my bracelet. I am extremely grateful that she considered the situation I was in and didn’t hesitate to help me.
