My visit was great! The customer service was amazing. Susanne was real nice and sweet. She got me in and out. She was very patient with me. She took her time to make sure I picked what I wanted and she made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Susanna’s customer service was excellent!

I purchased two bracelets online for my daughters.. I got the wrong size. Luckily we had Christmas early . We went to the mall on Christmas Eve to exchange only. They exchange both bracelets with no problem...although I had to go to the Pandora in Macy's for one of the exchanges. Both young ladies were GREAT!!!
