Madi and the I believe her name was Michelle, I’m bad at names, we’re absolutely amazing, super friendly, and welcoming. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Prior to this visit Madi made my grandmother almost cry from excitement. She helped her find a beautiful angel wing pendent that she’s been looking for at many different stores for about 8 months. The Newington Mall associates are beyond amazing!

Ordered a new charm ended up buying some clips the customer service representative organized my bracelet for me. She did a great job

My bracelet was broken and in rough shape. The store manager was so helpful got me a new bracelet and polished all my charms for me and made sure it was the right fit. She was so nice.

All associates were welcoming and friendly. They made my shopping experience fast and painless. They helped me pick out the perfect items for Mother’s Day when I originally went into the store not knowing what I wanted.

The store was clean and the store manager was the one that assisted me and she made me her main priority. She gave me her full attention it was very nice.
